An online service for planning preschool education & activities: calendar, parent communication plans, storage and automatic report generation.
My role: Product Designer
- Conducted UX research, JTBD analysis, user scenarios, and studied national education standards
- Held stakeholder briefings and user interviews; aligned decisions with the development team and users
- Designed the information architecture and interface of the constructor from scratch, visually integrated into the institute’s ecosystem (wireframes and UI)
- Ran usability testing and optimized flows to reduce manual input
